About Prosh Pets Co-Owner/Operator Diane Corso
Diane's main role here at Prosh Pets is leader of the morning and afternoon offleash playgroups, which she loves. She began by volunteering at Pets Unlimited as both a dog walker and cat socializer. She started Prosh Pets full-time in January 2011 while walking dogs for Born to Run, and went on her own in 2014. Diane comes highly recommended by all who've worked with her in the past, although her cat Scout thinks she should just spend all day with her.
Diane is a DogTec (now DogBiz) certified dog walker and a firm believer in R+/force-free training for dogs. In addition to being trained in pet first aid and CPR from Pet Tech, she also now teaches her own commercial dog walker certification course every few months (endorsed by the SFACC). She keeps her dog playgroups small (5-7 dogs usually) and never goes over specified park limits. She is permitted by the City of San Francisco and the GGNRA, and has held a business license with the City since late 2010. Additionally, she is insured and bonded through PSI/Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

Mike's not just Diane's husband, he's also the Prosh Pets main kitty wrangler. Over the past 16 years, he's been cat daddy to Scout, including administering daily medications, doling out food and treats...and providing tons of love! Now, he's bringing his talents to Prosh Pets, where he's happy to share his mad cat care skillz with you.
He's also the leader of the new Morning Littles Group! He brings loads of experience with smaller dogs, as well as Pet First Aid certification, Dogwalker certification, and creative energy to this post. The Morning Littles Group is limited to 4 dogs and filling up fast, so reach out if you want in on it! He's also available for solo dog walks in the neighborhood. Mike is insured and bonded through PSI/Business Insurers of the Carolinas. |
